Reporting channel

Voimatel Oy is committed to complying with the law, and it is important for us to act responsibly in all situations. Voimatel’s corporate policies and Code of Conduct form the framework for our responsible operations.

Voimatel has a whistleblower reporting channel in place in accordance with the EU Directive.

Any Voimatel employee, stakeholder, or a person outside of the organisation may report any misconduct detected in full confidentiality and anonymously using this channel. This channel may be used to report, for example, serious suspected violations, such as wilful breach of laws or regulations, violation of the Code of Conduct, bribery, or corruption.

It should be noted that this channel is not used for addressing customer complaints, error notifications or general HR issues.

Your report will be processed in confidence

In order to ensure anonymity, the service is provided on a platform operated by Webropol, a secure whistleblowing channel in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive. The processing of the report can only be followed using the personal code assigned by the system.

All reports will be handled in strictest confidence in accordance with the Voimatel’s processes.
