Today, on February 23, 2024, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority has approved the agreement between the network construction and infrastructure service company Elvera Oy and the electricity and information network company Voimatel Oy regarding the asset deal concerning the electricity network business of Voimatel Oy. Elvera and Voimatel signed the asset deal on 22 November 2023.
The implementation of the asset deal will be promoted without delay, and the confirmation of the business transaction will be announced later.
