Voimatel and Vaasan Sähköverkko Oy have signed a major agreement for the construction and maintenance of an electricity network as well as on-call service in the Vaasa region covering Vaasa city, Merikaarto, Vähäkyrö, Laihia and Tervajoki. The agreement will enter into force at the beginning of next year with a duration of three years plus two years as an option. The agreement is for a comprehensive service package including materials, and it is worth approximately EUR 16 million.
With the agreement now concluded, Voimatel’s position and service capacity will be further strengthened in Western Finland.
