Timo Rask was appointed to the Board of Directors of Voimatel Oy, a subsidiary of KPY, a Kuopio-based group of companies, as of 9 November 2018.
According to the Chair of KPY’s Board Tarja Tikkanen, Voimatel is undergoing a period of robust growth and development which also calls for major inputs by the Board.
“We are pleased to have Timo Rask strengthen the Board of Directors. His extensive experience in the international company Normet Oy, most recently as its CEO, will contribute to the skills base of the Board, which needed to be expanded”, Tikkanen adds.
Jukka Laakkonen, Chair of the Board, as well as Lauri Kerman, Kati Kokkonen and Esko Miikkulainen will continue to serve on the Board.
